Breath is easy to take for granted because we typically don’t think about it as long as we are able to take our next inhale. However, improper breathing, which is all too common, can lead to a litany of health problems. From headaches, to constipation, chronic neck/shoulder/back pain to uncomfortable menopausal symptoms, heart disease to depression, breath can be the key to long term relief. Even sleep apnea and snoring can be significantly reduced through proper breath and tongue positioning.
After an in depth breath assessment, you will be guided through an individualized program of breathing techniques and exercises to help you access your health goals.
